I have a meniscus tear in my knee, started physical therapy, any workouts to suggest? - knee therapy steamer

Ortho took the MRI, he decided to try physical therapy twice a week for a month. Turning 11th November, with the probability of surgery. Therapist told me that he still works, just the training. Now I'm cycling I try not treadmills, elliptical. Has anyone an idea, in addition to the strength of the construction in the therapy be carried out and at home?

I agree, swimming is excellent for this type of rehabilitation. You may also have to consider this device Dynasplint rehabilitation. See the source below.

Swimming. Swimming. Swimming ... It is a big profit, low-impact sport. You can walk "flyover" in the shallow end. Ask the therapist about a unit of the "tens" as well. This is a small device with electrodes that is connected to be placed around the lesion. Electrical impulses emitted by the small muscles and make them "work" without effort. (Not in the pool, get ha, ha!) Good luck!
