Make cooking a cake with cherries (sour cherries), or the crust has to bake for the first 4 ... 5 minutes, then add filling and bake it again?

Blind bake the crust before the filling, you can prevent them from getting wet. Only the line of the pie crust baking paper and pour the peas or beans (baked beans, buy ceramic) with the weight down and then bake for 5 minutes. Remove paper and beans, then add the filling and baking again.

You do not need to cook, but a good way to make a bottom crust get crispy oven to 500, and place a baking sheet that while preparing the cake ...... when you are ready to bake the cake ..... Reduce oven temperature to cook at this .... Place the cake in the oven and hot ..... Good luck!

I would say unless you first boil like wet bark.

You do not need to bake ahead, a piece of pie cherries. Simply place the pad and it should go!
